• Being specialist in one of the Tackle Services;
• Presenting proven work histories and experiences;
• Having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
• The ability to listen to and understand information;
• Self-motivated, highly independent and proactive;
• Must be detail oriented;
• Can guarantee quality and quality control;
• Practice good safety habits;
• Having impeccable reputation;
• Don’t have disruptive work habits;
• Dedicated to avoid unnecessary messes or noise;
• Keeping up with Tackle’s schedule;
• Working Eco-friendly with passion for the environment
• Being in a good physical shape and mental condition;
• Clean and neat appearance;
• Having effective communication skills;
• Acting accountable, responsible and professional;
• Must be able to read and write English well;
• Acknowledge and respect the Tackle values.
